Austin Grill Sets January Opening in Loudoun County

The restaurant will open at Great Falls Plaza in Sterling, occupying the former Velocity Wings space. Austin Grill is owned by Thompson Restaurants, which has been updating and refreshing several of its concepts across the greater Washington, DC region.
While Austin Grill previously operated multiple locations, those restaurants have since closed. The Sterling opening marks the brand’s relaunch, featuring a refreshed concept and an updated menu as part of its reintroduction to the local dining scene.
Although the full menu has not yet been released, diners can expect familiar Tex-Mex favorites, including Tex-Mex egg rolls, tacos and fajitas, smoked brisket nachos, and the brand’s popular BBQ grilled wings.
